Bringing 25 years as a trustee professional and licensed broker, Mrs. Dellepiane-Litt understands the decisions that
must be made on a daily basis for lenders to protect their investments. Providing foreclosure services
to banking institutions, mortgage brokers and private investors, her experience includes 9 years with
California Reconveyance Company, the in-house trustee for Great Western Bank (now Washington
Mutual) where she managed their major loan foreclosures, reconveyance and accounting departments. |

For over 14 years, Mr. Aranda managed a private equities trading firm on the Pacific Stock Exchange. He also developed, designed, and marketed the hand-held market-making devices that are still used on today's trading floors and exchanges. Sam brings his Silicone Valley expertise to the trustee business, as new technologies render previous forms of communication and information gathering... obsolete. Known for his quickness on and off the trading floor, Sam is also a JPMorgan/Chase Corporate Challenge Winner, covering the 3.5 mile course in just over 19 minutes. |
